I see many diverse connections between teacher collaboration and student leaning. If teachers meet with other teachers they will bring new ideas to classroom causing students to learn in different ways that are fun and educational. Being stuck in the same routine with non- stop worksheets discourages students giving them the start to disliking school. Teacher collaboration is crucial in order for students to succeed in lives and learn all they can. Sharing ideas and learning about different tools you can use in the classroom is an opportunity to spread students horizons when it comes to learning. For example, if a autistic child is in a classroom with 27 other students he/she can not learn with only one way of teaching. By teacher collaboration, the teacher can relate to another teacher that has worked with autistic children or has been in the same situation. If teachers don't collaborate their students will not learn to their full potential. By collaborating teachers are seeing what works and what doesn't. Sharing ideas can make a difference not only in the teacher, but in their students as well.

All over the place teachers can find opportunities to collaborate with colleagues, both formally and informally. Teachers can go to conferences at their school, locally, out of state or internationally where they can meet other teachers. They can even collaborate in teacher meetings. They can talk about their concerns, ideas and swap activities. Teachers can also go online and talk to colleagues. It can be by email, talking on the phone, text, Facebook or even by sending tweets back and fourth on twitter. All over there are opportunities to collaborate with colleagues teachers just need to look and be open to new ideas. As a future educator, I'm planning to do everything I can to have my students succeed. Technology is going to help me meet and connect with other teachers and colleagues.

Together teachers can work together in order for their students to learn and know that school is fun and that education is something that they will have forever.
